In Italia il pacco viene consegnato salvo imprevisti entro due/quattro giorni dal primo giorno lavorativo successivo alla presa in carico dell' ordine; in Europa in tre/cinque giorni dal primo giorno lavorativo successivo alla presa in carico dell' ordine. Nel resto del mondo entro cinque/dieci giorni dal primo giorno lavorativo successivo alla presa in carico dell' ordine.
Gli ordini vengono presi in carico ogni venerdì ed evasi il lunedì lavorativo successivo.
L'acquirente è responsabile di eventuali tasse doganali applicate nel proprio Paese.

In Italy the package is delivered barring unforeseen circumstances within two/four days from the fisrt working day following acceptance of the order; in Europe in three/five days following acceptance of the order. In the rest of the world within five/ten days from the first day after following acceptance of the order.
Orders are processed every Friday and shipped the following working Monday.
Each customer is responsible for any import taxes imposed by their country's border control.
